编写xml没有代码提示的两种解决方法！

1、第一种就是让电脑联网！

1、第二种：

修改 dtd 的本地路径以及 url

操作步骤如下：

Window--》》Preferences

2、搜索 ： xml catalog --》》Add

3、勾选 workspace --》选择本地 dtd 文件的 Location ---》》Key type 选择 URI

4、点击 OK 即可
